Off season (01.05. – 31.05. and 16.09. – 15.10.)
100,00 €/day per apartment for an occupancy of 2 persons. In addition for each extra person from 6 to 18 years 10,00 €/day and for each extra adult person over 18 years 20,00 €/day.
Main season (01.06. – 15.09.)
120,00 €/day per apartment for an occupancy of 2 persons. In addition for each extra person from 6 to 18 years 10,00 €/day and for each extra adult person over 18 years 20,00 €/day.
- The minimum stay is 3 nights
- Final cleaning, sheets and towels are included
- Wifi is free of charge
Terms of payment
- 30% of the total price is to be paid at the time of booking
- 7 days before the date of arrival the balance is due
Cancellation terms
There can always be unexpected circumstances because of which you can not spend your vacation in our vacation home. If you have to cancel the vacation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, 30% of the agreed rental price is to be paid
- In case of cancellation up to 3 days before arrival, 80% of the agreed rental price is to be paid
In order to save the cancellation costs even in case of illness, we recommend our guests to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
