- The built-in kitchens are fully equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.
- The separate bathroom has a large shower, a toilet and a large washbasin
- Also the apartments have wifi, tv and air conditioning
- The front apartment has a continuous balcony facing the sea and the back apartment has two balconies with side sea view
- To each apartment belongs a parking lot for one car
